Maui Astrophotography Tours & Workshops

Maui Astrophtography tours and workshops are now available to book online.

While we do offer 3 different types of workshops, I often times find the people that find me online through search engines like Google or Yahoo are already somewhat familiar with using their camera. For that reason I would like to suggest if you are interested in taking a workshop with me, that you consider booking the Maui Coastline or Ultimate Astrophotography Workshop. These guided experiences will allow me to really customize the experience a little better as my Intro to Astro course is really designed for people that are just thinking about getting started in taking night photos vs. photographers that already have gear or even a little experience in shooting the night sky.

Maui astrophotography is really an experience that is customized to each individual photographer. A majority of my previous students have a decent understanding of how their camera works but are really stumped on getting started with astrophotography because its a lot more complicated to start in then you may think - however, once you get going on creating a workflow or a process of shooting night images, it is really not that bad.

One thing that I have always loved about photography is that each person has a different style, a different way to get results, and a different personal taste on how they want their images to look and feel. The point of Maui astrophotography is really to encourage and welcome information as a photographer and to help lay a solid foundation for taking night photos.
